We offer a variety of specific services for each event type. Please select the type of event in which you are interested to see more!
Delivery and Pickup
Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday 8am-5pm & Saturdays 8am-12pm. Our minimum order for delivery is $175.00. If the delivery is being made to Mishawaka, South Bend, Granger or Osceola, you will simply be charged a minimal fuel surcharge. However, deliveries outside these surrounding cities are subject to a delivery fee.
We encourage you to meet with one of our professional representatives, whether it is in our store or offsite, to discuss important details pertaining to your event. This is an excellent opportunity for our staff to become familiar with the client's overall vision and make informed suggestions.
Equipment Setup and Breakdown
Although some of our equipment includes labor for setup/breakdown in the price (tents, biljax staging and crowd control fence), our staff will setup and/or breakdown all of our equipment for an additional fee. We do require you to make these arrangements prior to delivery or pickup.
Computer-aided design (CAD) is the use of software to render visual examples. After we receive a 50% deposit, our knowledgeable staff is able to create a scale drawing of your event. This is extremely useful in visualizing what your event will look like after setup (especially if you, the client, will be setting up the equipment yourself).
Event Site Inspection
Site inspections are an integral part of the planning process for your event. The purpose of site inspection is to ensure the safety of crew, renter, and guests. When performing an inspection, our staff will check the location to determine the correct size of the tent and the type of ground the tent will be setup on. Our staff will also check for any objects overhead that may interfere with the erection of the tent.
After/Before Hours and Sunday Delivery/Pickup Services
Deliveries and Pickups outside our normal business hours are available for an additional fee. We prefer this to be requested in advance so we can schedule accordingly, but will work with you as best as possible to help ensure you're event comes off with out a hitch.
