I came to AAYS with a very specific item request to rent for an out of town wedding. You did not have the item in the color I wanted but were happy to order for me. Then AAYS allowed me to keep the item until we returned from the wedding which was two weeks total. Exceptional customer service. I also lost track of time on the day I was to pick the items up and I received a phone call to remind me. The woman then stayed a few extra minutes after closing until I could get there. So grateful.
