Inspired by the vibrant concept “Summer Sunset,” this Southwest Michigan cover shoot blends a dynamic color palette with old-world romance to showcase how bold hues can elevate a wedding while remaining timeless and refined.

Set at The Loading Dock in Buchanan, Michigan, floor-to-ceiling windows provided ample natural light against the venue’s industrial, aged brick walls. To match the old-world influence and natural textures, the design featured warm wood chairs, natural caning on the votive holders and flower boxes, and pink etched goblets.

Lush florals in blush, soft pink, and peach filled the space—from statement pedestals and altar boxes for the ceremony to a grand centerpiece and cascading arrangements for the reception. Thoughtfully curated details completed the look, including velvet-textured stationery with die-cut cat motifs, three distinct bridal gown styles paired with a tan suit, and a blush-toned runner cake featuring delicate vintage piping.
